Percent achievement of the K/DOQI guideline for CKD-MBD, based on plasma concentrations at 3 months after the start of dialysis treatment [8]. In PD patients, 29% had plasma Ca level within the target range advised by K/DOQI. Conversely, 50% of the PD patients met the range of plasma P levels. The Ca×P target was reached by 58% of the PD patients. More than half of the patients had plasma intact PTH concentrations below the target range, and 22% of the PD patients met the intact PTH target
