Clinical course of the patients. After initial dialysis, GCS score reached 13 (E3 V4 M6), but it recovered the next day. Severe consciousness disturbance (E1 V1 M1) and convulsion occurred during the second dialysis. After that, dialysis did not need to be done and gradually improved his level of consciousness.
