  1. A per cent increase in the number of PVCs was defined as the sum of PVCs every 4 h from the start of dialysis divided by the 24− h total. The “dialysis change in electrolyte” is the value at 240 min minus the predialysis value. Model 2 was adjusted by serum BNP level to avoid confounding by volume overload (n = 52).
