PTA of levofloxacin regimens at different MICs in virtual patients with Gram-positive infection in PIRRT. Early PIRRT is when the first intravenous levofloxacin dose is administered with the commencement of an 8-h daily PIRRT session. Late PIRRT is when the first intravenous levofloxacin dose is administered 16 h before a daily 8-h PIRRT session.
